We provide premium, cost-effective, high-quality services that accelerate business into revenue across the globe. www.avirainsights.com Requirements & Job Description and Summary : Role: Senior Manager/Director - Operations Experience : 6-8yrs years into B2B demand generation experience in SaaS/ITES Qualification : Any Graduate degree(must) + Master's degree (MBA Preferred) Skills Required : - Monitoring and reporting campaign performance from execution to analysis, diligently tracking success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities - Lead Management, track lead lifecycle and conversion rates, deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. - Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing reporting to senior management - Budget Management, track campaign ROI and regulate the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance in-line with annual sales objectives. - Working closely with the Sales Team to identify new opportunities - Exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail.
