Key Areas Of Responsibility :

- Deal sourcing, valuation and execution; Deal monitoring and exit

- Managing the relationships with intermediaries and service providers

- Guiding AVPs and Associates in the Investment process

- . Managing clients and building relationships

Contacts With Others :

Internal/External

CEO : Promoters, Senior Management of attractive companies for investment

Partner : Intermediaries including Avendus Capital

- other PE team members - Service providers

Dimensions :

- No. of Subordinates : 2-3

- Level of subordinates : Analyst/Associate

Knowledge & Qualifications Required :

- Private Equity investment knowledge and experience preferred; corporate finance or consulting experience will also be useful

- Should have closed at least 3-4 transactions, by fully leading the support of transactions

- MBA/ CA from premier Business schools

Special Skills Required (If Any) :

- Ability to explore avenues in an emerging sector
