- Deal sourcing, valuation and execution; Deal monitoring and exit

- Managing the relationships with intermediaries and service providers

- Guiding Analysts and Associates in the Investment process

- Managing clients and building relationships

- CEO : Promoters, Senior Management of attractive companies for investment

Partner : Intermediaries including Avendus Capital

Knowledge & Qualifications Required :

- Private Equity investment knowledge and experience preferred; corporate finance or consulting experience will also be useful

- Should have closed at least 2-3 transactions, by leading the support of transactions

- MBA/ CA from premier Business schools
