Avendus Capital - Associate - Products Advisory

Job Purpose :

To support the Alternates desk for the Products Advisory function of Avendus Wealth Management

Key areas of responsibility :

- Evaluation of prospective opportunities (Equity, Fund, Mezz)

- Understanding of business model, industry, competition, strength and weaknesses

- Financial performance evaluation

- Curation and on-barding of opportunities

- Coordinating with the company for getting the relevant information

- Collecting relevant market and competition data

- Making the marketing material and financial model

- Compliance/ KYC documentation

- Coordinating with RMs for tracking the distribution of deals

- Support in structuring, documentation and closure

- Supporting the other desks of the products function like Debt, MF, alternate funds, real estate and equity

- Participate in various organization building initiatives

- Develop expertise in asset allocation over a period of time
