'Together' (www.togetherforher.com) is looking for a Manager who can fulfill the following responsibilities. Responsibilities: 1. Develop strategies and tactics and explore channels to increase customer's brand awareness, engagement and loyalty towards 'Together' 2. Identify, continually optimize and communicate the core value proposition for the customer 3. Able to identify the key data needs (via on-field research and via analytics) for identifying the value proposition and increasing engagement 4. Brand management a. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies b. Shape and communicate vision and mission c. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to engage 5. Design and oversee execution of the communications plan including developing content strategy across online and offline channels a. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation, copywriting and performance analysis b. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups 6. Measure and report performance of marketing activities and assess KPIs 7. Devise innovative growth strategies 8. Must be able to lead a team that is involved in customer-centric activities such as product planning, product design, UI/UX, business development, and creative 9. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate relevant funds 10. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies 11. Market research a. Must foresee business and development needs and carry out primary and/or secondary, qualitative and quantitative market research b. Must choose, design and implement relevant research instrument, such as questionnaire, discussion guides Desired attributes : 1. Must be able to critically analyze findings and present to key stakeholders within the company 2. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns 3. Ability to identify the needs and behaviors of the target audience. We are looking for someone who is constantly pushing to optimize the value proposition to the TG 4. Ability to work with and lead an agile team 5. High ownership and ability to understand different functionalities within the team 6. Understanding of healthcare, connected health, and maternal health is a plus 7. Data-driven thinking with ability to build and optimize a marketing strategy based on on-field research and analytics is a must. 8. Outstanding communication skills 9. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix 10. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to team and key stakeholders 11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices 12. Proficiency in analytics, SEO, SEM, CMS platforms Minimum requirements Masters in Marketing or equivalent, 5 years of industry experience
