Avanti Learning Centres (www.avanti.in) is looking to hire Business Development Associates.

Overview of the Role

The Business Development Associate is responsible for setting up new centres in both urban and rural locations. This involves interacting with the management of schools and junior colleges to set up partnerships, conducting demo classes for students and interacting with parents.

Requirements

Education: An undergraduate degree in science or engineering from a top college/university

Skills: Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Strong management skills. Self-driven. Strong work ethic. The ability to connect with and inspire students

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establishing New Learning Centres:

- Identify locations to set up new Avanti Learning Centres in both urban and semi-urban areas

- Manage marketing campaigns and community outreach to spread awareness and enroll students

Establishing School Partnerships:

- Establish partnerships with schools interested in implementing Avanti programs within their premises either during or after-school hours

- Conduct demo classes to demonstrate Avanti's unique teaching approach to students and teachers

- Organize interaction sessions with parents to convince them to enroll their children at Avanti
