Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving organizational development interventions including learning & development which include role based behavioural & functional learning, Hi-Po identification & flagship Hi-Po development programs, onboarding exercise, culture building exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultural building & value cascade exercise
- Designing the new joinee induction process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Create a role based learning framework and calendar for learning
- Design & develop learning modules for training needs which include both digital & classroom training
- Design Hi-Po identification process and identify Hi-Pos at various levels
- Design and roll our Hi-Po development interventions at various levels
- Establish partnerships with suitable external agencies for roll out of classroom learning interventions
- Measure the learning effectiveness through measuring feedback, assessments etc.
