This position reports to the Global Sales Manager and will work with our global team and is responsible for the following primary duties :
- Provide consultative sales support, and appointment setting to our marketing leads
- Track to target calls/day, appointment/demo setup per week and per month.
- Cold call to generate leads
- Document all interactions in Salesforce.com
- Demonstrates knowledge of SaaS and technology
- Maintain regular communication with manager(s) and team
- Manage sales pipeline as well as work collaboratively to ensure sales targets are met
- Handle issues and escalations
Required Experience, Skills and Education :
- Appointment setting, Cold Calling experience required
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of required technology
- Execute, manage and document partner lifecycle activities within a CRM system, Database experience #a plus.
- 2 to 6 years of outbound call center experience or equivalent
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- CRM program experience a plus (Salesforce.com)
- Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet
- Proficient in spoken English
- Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, and can do attitude
- Proficient in use of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, etc)
- Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent technology related experience, coursework or certifications
- Should be willing to work in night shifts (US).
Salary range: 5 - 12 LPA
