Project Management

- Create and manage Project Plan, project requirements, tasks resources and timeframes. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews and other project related meetings.

- Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget."

- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues/risks, scope changes, variances and
contingencies that may arise during the implementation. Facilitates amicable solutions with cross functional internal stakeholders."

- Drives continuous process improvement ensuring maximum operational efficiency

- Proactively report and communicate the project progress to the management and to the customer.

- Effectively drive and manage the Vendors/Sub contractors/Consultants

- Team Management

- Motivates project team members to meet project goals and objectives .

- Identifies and Invests in the team's development and training opportunities

Client Management

- Develops and nurtures lasting relationships with the client at various levels. Sets and manages the expectations of the client effectively.

- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer satisfaction levels.

- BE/B Tech preferably in IT/Computer science/ Electronics.

- PMP /PRINCE 2 certification with Real world experience would be strongly preferred.

- Proven track records in Project profitability Management/Exposure to projects involving Civil, Electrical & Networking domains. Should have handled large teams onsite > 40, in the past.

- 10-15 yrs

- English /Hindi/Any other language

- High level of competence in MS Project and Project Management Methodologies.

- Team Management and leadership skills/Strong Client Management skills/Ability to interact with Senior Management/High Degree of attention to detail/Diligence/High Tolerance for ambiguity/Ability to work in an unstructured environment.
