Performing threat assessment and risk analysis of critical assets/installation of industrial,commercial,economic and strategic importance in the Indian sub-continent..

Conduct gap analysis between security requirements v/s customers existing security solutions

Work with technical team for the preparation of integrated security solution based on Threat Assessment and risk analysis.

Help customers develop/improve SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure) for the security team.

Conduct training of customer security personnel in revised/improved SOP's.

Work with Engg team to assist in detail design phase /deployment phase in making contentional decisions such as location of sensors.
