Avana - Manager - Business Excellence

1. Be the catalyst to facilitate Business Excellence at Avana.

2. Own process definition across functions at Avana and the associated quality metrics.

3. Overall responsible for Business Excellence(BE) at a central level and drive improvement for business benefit.

4. Own creation, maintenance and improvement of the process framework at Avana.

5. Define quality metrics for the various processes, drive measurement, analysis and reporting of metrics.

6. Work with operations :

- Ensure compliance to client standards.

- Set up quality function with regard to each project.

- Measure and report on compliance to the metrics .

7. Business excellence initiatives at a central level including IT enabling several initiatives, benchmarking with best in class, anchoring key work processes etc.

8. Coordinating with all BE team members at site on ISO certifications and other quality initiatives like 5S,quality function deployment, ICSI etc.

9. Training and awareness building of BE across the organization.

10. Define Business Process Maps.

11. Facilitate and drive change management across functions in adapting to business process improvements and ensuring they are followed repeatedly.

Requirement:

- Candidate should be an Engineering Graduate. Management Qualification will be an added advantage. Certified in PMP or Prince 2.

- 10-15 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Business Process Improvement projects based role .

- Experience in Process improvement through quality and cost save measures.

Preferred Certifications - ISO 9000/14,001,7000 etc. .

- Experience in process re- engineering.

- Should have experience of Projects and not in - house process improvements.

- Should have worked for multiple methodology : six sigma, Lean, DMAIC etc
