Key Responsibility Area

- Responsible for the delivery and design of scalable and robust integrated security systems for complex projects, keeping in mind the client objectives/cost /equipment /human resource availability.

- In-depth knowledge of designing and implementation of large scale solution architect /system designs/network architect, hence responsible for the overall solution delivery of the project in the most effective and compliant way.

- Create/review technical white papers in support of the solutions and system integration.

- Demonstrate experience in procurement, vendor evaluation and enplanement with partners for IT/security solutions and develop long term partnerships with the partners.

- Accountable for the quality delivery of the project, through maintaining standardized processes / solutions /IT Hardware.

- To handle both internal / external stakeholders through thought leadership and also manage /coach team members

Education Manager

- Total experience of 15-20 years, with a minimum of 7 years of experience at leadership level.

- Must have experience in design and delivery of solutions and system integration for multiple complex projects within the security domain.

- Must have knowledge of products like CCTV,IP video, Intelligent Video, video storage & archiving, perimete intrusion detection system, public address and intercom system, command/control display technologies and general security system principles and practices, network experience for WAN, LAN, firewall, network switch technologies and video transmission on IP networks.

- Must have knowledge of industry trends/ competitor landscape / external benchmarking and should be able to implement the best strategy for Avana /Client.

- Strong Client management skills..
