Job Summary

- This position will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the assigned customer and connecting with the key business executives and stakeholders at the clients end.

Key Responsibility Area

- Manage relationships and build/strengthen business in the assigned account(s).

- Competition Mapping.

- Expertise in identifying and building business opportunities by evaluating the client's current security posture & develop new requirements in line with their changing business needs.

- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and manage expectations and communications from inception through delivery, including status updates, budget reconciliation, scope changes, etc.

- Identify potential sales and cross-sales opportunities. Use expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.

- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level. Cultivate relationships within accounts to expand Avana's footprint and overall revenue.

- Work collaboratively with specialists / team members of other functions (not reporting into) towards a common goal.

- Provide a stable and consistent methodology for managing customer relationships and services.

Education Background

- BE/Btech and MBA with minimum 15 years of Exp. Candidate with knowledge and experience of working in the Eastern Region would be preferred for the role.

Experience Background

- Should have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.should have excellent and proven skills in ""hunting"" and ""farming"" in the sales world.

Competencies

- Drive for results/Customer focus/Strategic thinking/functional excellence/Ownership/Interpersonal Skills. Taking ownership/Interpersonal effectiveness. Should have excellent communication skills.
