Role Summary: Bid Management, Business Planning, Strategy, Business Development/Pre-sales support, Preparing Customer Value proposition, Value Chain Analysis, Industry Trend Analysis

Responsibility:

1. Understanding and analyse customer's RFP/Tender and prepare Bid.

2. Responsible for documentation support, including editing of text and graphics, and maintenance of periodic updates of all proposal related documentation.

3. Manage the development of Engineering technical offerings for bids and proposals.

4. Coordinate with Finance and the various functional departments to expedite the creation of costing based on established product work breakdown structure and pricing data in bid-pack format.

5. Co-ordinate with Documentation to ensure proposals are published in time to meet deadlines.

6. Report bid status and progress by means of a written monthly report, bi-weekly group meeting / conference call checkpoints and other ad hoc communications.

7. Working with different teams to put the Bid together.

8. Work with all levels of an organization, from technical experts to senior executives, to help deliver the best proposal possible.

9. Provide competitive insight for the assigned opportunities and generate effective counter strategies

Requirement:

- Engineering Degree/Extensive technology experience required.

- MBA preferred. Should have a total of at least - 10-15 years of experience .
