Job Description :
- Would be responsible for team planning as per the target assigned to the different teams.
- Should know which team member is fit for what role and should assign the task accordingly.
- Should be able to communicate with the team members effectively and should ensure that the team members are engaged to harness maximum productivity.
- Should be well aware of financial products like lending, saving etc and should have managed either credit ops or operations vertical in the past.
- Should be able to deliver quality work within given timelines and should be able to communicate realistic timelines to his manager as well.
- Should be able to lead a team of 50 or more members and regular check ins of their work. In case, the quality of work is deteriorating, he is the one who needs to monitor and ensure the team is regularly trained on the projects.
