- The Sales Manager shall play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization's customer acquisition and growth targets are achieved.
- The sales manager should be a self-driven dynamic individual with excellent networking skills and the ability to identify new target segments and opportunities.
- Performance orientation with a keen grip on effective planning, self-monitoring and ensuring high target achievement is a must for the role.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Devising a scientific sales plan with a clear strategy for achievement
- Ensuring high achievement of sales targets including meetings and closures
- Mapping potential customers across segments and opening conversations with decision makers
- Building & fostering long lasting relationships with customers through effective identification of their challenges & needs
- Developing and sharing customized proposals based on the needs of prospective customers
- Identify market trends while being updated on new products and competitor strategies
- Maintaining high synergy with internal teams to ensure excellent experience delivery to customers
- Ensuring high compliance to the sales processes of the organization

- Previous experience of B2B sales in a similar field is a must

Desired qualifications :
- Graduate/PG or equivalent degree from any specialization
- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role
