Key Responsibility Areas:

- Ensuring high achievement of meeting/ call targets set for the inside sales team

- Source new prospects through outbound cold calls and emails

- Qualify the prospects as potential customers for Avail's products and establish contact with relevant decision makers

- Pitch Avail's products and generate interest

- Schedule meetings and calls with relevant decision makers for the sales team

- Use research skills to obtain complete contact details of decision makers and ensure high adequacy and accuracy of the calling database

- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Desired Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Multilingual - should know English, Hindi & any south Indian language

- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

- Persuasive and goal-oriented

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

- Ability to work in a target oriented, high pressure environment

- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Excellent research skills

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Desired qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent degree from any specialization

- 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
