The platform focuses on providing innovation, impact, and growth financing through innovative and credit enhanced products for the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem. This person will be responsible for : - Designing the policy and process frameworks, including working with the tech team on system design and platform development - Day to day operations including disbursals, collections, reconciliation, repayment, and onboarding new partners - Ideal candidate should be ambitious, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy.&nbsp; - Should have 6-8 years experience with a mid sized Fintech organization, with a strong understanding of credit systems, processes and policies.
