TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Demonstration of work experience (preferable) :

1. Should have experience of 5 to 7 years working in software sales selling into large enterprises globally.

2. Preferably should have practical or theoretical knowledge of software services/products preferably for ERP (SAP ECC / S/4 HANA), RPA, AI Chatbot, ECM, shared service automation etc.

3. Preferred to have a high-level understanding of functional processes preferably in the Sourcing and Procurement space.

4. Should have preferably interacted and built strong relationships with mid to senior levels in customer organizations including CIOs / CDOs/ CFOs / CXOs etc.

5. Should have met or exceeded sales quotas consistently (ideally at least USD 1 ml quota) and have executed average deal sizes of at least USD 100k per deal value.

Responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring new logos/hunting for sales. Lead generation.

2. Accelerating cycle time to closing deals.

3. Mapping key stakeholders in these accounts and building strong relationships with them.

4. Meet quarterly sales quotas.

5. Ensuring deeper penetration of Avaalis offerings into these accounts.

6. Working with target accounts/territories to deliver customer references.

3. Deep analytical and inter-personal skills.

4. Can present a convincing point of view to the respective stakeholder and achieve outcomes.

7. Comfortable in working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

8. Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.

9. Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI chatbot, shared service automation etc.

10. High on energy and focus to achieve outcomes.
