- A strategic business partner to the leadership team at Avaali - this person will lead the people strategy including employee processes and all employee initiatives. This will include but not limited to Workforce Management, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Training & Enablement, Welfare & Motivation, Immigration etc.
- Responsible for people policies and processes. Provide holistic view for enabling decision making of all people related issues
- Ensure alignment of organizational and people objectives
- Inspire and lead team
- Focus on attrition and any other employee issues
- Responsible for People Management Processes from Recruitment and Onboarding to Retire / Release
- Responsible for staffing and recruitment and ensuring filling of key positions
- Responsible for performance management
- Development and coaching / training of team members
- Responsible for the overall morale and motivation of teams
- Develop a progressive and proactive compensation and benefits model benchmarked against the industry
- Manage the cadence of talent planning and reviews
- Enhance employee knowledge and understanding of company offerings and objectives / goals from time to time
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and maintain good relationship with the key stakeholders
- Continually seek improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the function
