Job Responsibilities:
- Managing End to End Hiring for senior level/ complex positions open in Avaada
- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management & Candidate assessment.
- Developed & Implemented procedures & metrics for the TA team.
- Sourcing/Talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and innovate on Talent Acquisition process improvements.
- Proactively recruiting best in-class talent through Talent Pipeline, Networking, CV mining, etc.
- Should have strong experience in Headhunting talents through multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Google Search, indeed, ZipRecruiter local job boards such as Naukri, Monster,
- Developed & Implemented Diversity & Inclusion programs.

- Vendor Management
- MIS management
Professional Experience /Qualifications: Postgraduate/ MBA with 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Job location: Location- Noida
Industry: Chemical industry knowledge and hands on will be added advantage
