Avaada Group is executing an integrated solar manufacturing plant with a facility to produce polysilicon, wafer, cells, and modules with a cumulative capacity of 10 GW by 2030. The plant's first phase consisting of cells and modules, will be operational in 2023 and will cater to domestic and international markets

Location : Site Location Pithampur( Near Indore), [For First few months in Noida till the time production facility comes up].

Role :

- To take control of Manpower planning and strategize recruitment activities for both white collar and blue-collar workforce at the site.

- To plan the talent development agenda /skill development for all the levels

- To co create and drive the HR policy for the company.

- To ensure all the statutory compliances are followed at the facility.

- To drive the employee relations program and creating fostering culture based on Avaada values.

- To oversee and own all the admin and security related activities for the Facility.

To help drive Employee Health and safety and CSR initiatives along with respective spocs.

Reporting To: Directly to the CEO with a dotted line to Corporate Head HR

Key Skills :

- Overall Experience of 15-25 Years in HR

- Atleast 10 years in core IR in a Manufacturing setup

- Semiconductor / Solar Manufacturing will be preferred.

- MBA HR with Any Graduation

- Understanding of Local workforce dynamics and language.
