Job Role : Role of Technical Architect in ES department covers initiating or reviewing customer DevOps implementation, provide process flow / Architecture diagram, suggest best practices for customers, assist the engineering team in the latest technological developments to aid in AR tool enhancement. Roles & Responsibilities : - Leads technical requirements gathering/discovery, technical and functional design, and workshops for CI/CD, recover,y and other AutoRABIT products. - Involves with architecting creative solutions, solving customers business and technical problems and approach - Designs and manages customers Salesforce Release Management process - Acts as a primary technical authority within the AutoRABIT project team - Advice and drives customers in improving their DevOps Maturity Level - Configures and customize the user experience in AutoRABIT applications - Engages with customers and partners Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce integration with other products - Provides the overall Salesforce technical expertise including integration, migration, and deployment strategy - Advice Customers on repository branching strategy, back sync process, and best practices for version control maintenance - Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy Defines business/DevOps processes using SFDC best practices, Proof of Concepts and technical solution Mentors and manage team members, a passionate, technology leader in delivering robust, scalable solutions - Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls Desired Skills and Experience : - 7+ years experience as a technical architect - Execute approved code, configuration, and data changes utilizing migration tools like Workbench, ANT, CLI, and others, in a continuous integration environment - Remain current on Salesforce releases features, best practices, applications, technologies, and certifications (Specialization level a must, and nice to have Domain Architect, both in SFDC Technical Architect path) - Deep understanding of SFDC concepts, practices, and platforms. Ability to identify the right solution/ approach and recommend in achieving business requirement/ objectives - Strong understanding and experience in data migration and integration including Data Loader, Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, etc. - Experience in enterprise application deployment in a cloud or on-premise environments - Excellent communication skills; interpersonal skills, has presentation skills at executive levels and experience facilitating/ managing/ driving meetings and client discussions - Excellent technical writing skills, lead in developing comprehensive solution design documents, application architecture, integration architecture, NFR, and deployment documentation. - Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and ability to apply scenarios to Salesforce Storylines as well as make business process modification suggestions to align with Salesforce and execution best practices - Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds including sales, support, and marketing Experience with both agile and increment execution/ SDLC methodologies Salesforce Certifications - Experience with product design, integrated testing, migrations, and implementation/release processes. - Strong problem-solving skills - Expert-level ability in SOQL and SOSL - Nice to have experience in Testing Automation and Static Code Analysis. - Working Knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies Sharing Model / Data Visibility, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, JavaScript, Batch Apex, Apex API''s, Process Builder and data loader, knowledge about JS Packages (jQuery, ANGULAR, REACT JD, etc.) - Prefer TOGAF certified/trained candidate in enterprise architecture.
