Manager-Product/project is responsible for developing and managing PQS project and their customer experience, time and scope. Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks, setting milestone and measuring performance of the product/business.   If you have passion to learn and dip down into all levels of skill sets - Product + Operation + Content management+ analytics+ People Management etc.-   Product Management-   - Own the- product- strategy, road-map and requirements  - Conceptualize and describe- products, features and user stories for the development team  - Handle complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective requirements to drive- product- development  - Engage closely with marketing and technical team to bring cutting edge features that bring value to Autoportal customers  - Develop detailed- product- requirements documents and communicate to business, design, and development teams  - Collaborate with business team to understand data analysis requirements, data definitions and to develop data mappings, data rules, and data transformations.  Business Operations :  - Lead process/product of issue identification and resolution  - Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/dealers  - Help to track a range of key PQS projects and initiatives to keep the Marketing/sales/tech team up-to-date on all major changes and to share relevant updates and enhancements regarding systems and processes  - Act as the owner of a range of stakeholders to ensure they are each completing their deliverables on time - escalating as necessary to have support  - Partner with various stakeholders from a range of functions including: marketing, operations, Dealers, content team, development partners, online marketing, the call center and analytics  Reporting & Analytics :  - Review and understand key performance metrics related to PQS project and key launches to track the success of the project from a technical and business perspective, and to be able to quickly determine any bugs or issues;  - Work with technical support team and 3rd parties to identify problem areas and help determine solutions to improve efficiency among the related systems.  - Manage the data analytics task in building the data analytics capabilities driving platform intelligence  - Identify key insights and translate large volumes of complex data into business solutions  - Hands on experience in GA.   Key Requirements :  - B-Tech/PGDM/MBA for tier-1 collages   - 3-5 years of related experience with ecommerce and technology environments, and relevant coursework;  - Advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp, MS Project, Google Docs and especially Excel.  - Excellent communication and diplomatic skills;  - Strong initiative, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work both as a part of a team as well as independently with little supervision;  - Technically savvy - knowledge of HTML, CMS, CSS and other basic ecommerce languages and tools.  What is Autoportal.com :  Our mission is to revolutionize Car and Bike buying through power of technology.-   Autoportal India is growing in the fastest speed within Indian car buying community.
