Create a strong Employer Branding for Autoportal through Guest lectures, sponsorship, articles, advertisements - Need to take initiative to improve visibility, Employer branding & reduce Recruitment cost - Handling TA team and fill open positions as per business requisition with agreed TATs Develop Talent - Competency Mapping for roles across the level in Sales, Marketing, Operations,Editorial, product, and HR. - Special Project to improve employee morale and increase the sense of belongingness - Building Autoportal as a preferred employer for attracting & retaining talents - Implementation of 'House Concept- - Identification and implemented of Projects (based on organizational process improvement needs) & timely completion - Develop the concept for the Assessment Center Retain Talent - Career Growth & Internal career movements - Reward & Recognition initiatives - Cascading the Coaching Culture - Bring up the compensation packages of performing officers ('Fully achieved' & above) at per with the Market for motivation & Retention - Introduce more value-added benefits for employees - Retain the identified HP & performing Employees - Career Interviews based on IDPs & career moves for performing employees Sense of belongingness & Pride - Implementation of 'House Concept' to initiate pride & belongingness - Development & implementation of action plans, based on feedback received from Group Employees survey - Cascade business priorities & have regular interaction to receive employee feedback & concerns, including Sales groups during market visits - Measuring matrix for the level of employee satisfaction - Enhance productivity & efficiency- - Implement Job Class KPIs for all employees - A pilot Rehabilitation program for future Manpower rationalization - Preparation of Ideal organization Plan (Phase-I) for implementation Compensation & Benefits - Market survey and design competitive compensation structure - Taking care of the employee tax friendly compensation structure - Keeping compliance and future risk of the company - Develop measuring matrix to ensure adhere employer and employees related compliance under different Act. Prefer from tier-1 institute like- TISS, XLRI,SIBM.
