Job Description : - Reporting to Business Head, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers by making the most effective and efficient use of contact-center staff and technology resources. - To use a range of measurements to monitor, analyze and plan improvements to contact-center performance. - To ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded. - Optimization of resource and utilize them effectively. - To advise clients on products and services available. - Liaising with managers, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks. - Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance. - Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions. - Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports. - Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries. - Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand; - Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes; - Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis - Keeping the strong bonding with the dealerships for timely feedback on Autoportal introduced customers - Coordinate with the internal management and dealership to maximize the sales for different brands in different territories. - Work closely with corporate, marketing and sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firms technology investments. - High energy with outbound sales process experience Company Profile : Creative Web Media Pvt Ltd : At Autoportal, our mission is to attract the Car Shoppers, offering credible and easy-to-understand information through videos, buying guide, consumer recommendations & research tools to help buyers formulate opinions on What to buy- Where to buy- And How much to pay- About the parent company : The Company is based in Kiev, Ukraine and has major Russian language websites under its umbrella.
