Salary offered: 8 - 9 LPA As the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to own the recruitment strategy and implementation to hire talented and motivated people who would be a fantastic fit to the organization. What you will do: - Executing a vision for talent acquisition that will support the company as they prepare to scale - Managing Complete Recruitment Life Cycle, Starts from Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Managing and Completing Interview Process - Working with the leadership team and implementing talent acquisition strategy - Developing creative sourcing strategies to proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates - Partnering with key leadership to formalize, support and implement an employer branding strategy across numerous channels - Organizing events to drive recruitment and brand awareness - Managing recruitment process flows (Requisition to offer ) - Refining recruitment process as needed and documenting the same - Working with each functional team to meet their recruiting needs in terms of number and quality of people - Proactively identifying and maintaining relationships with talent across various skill categories and levels of experience - Designing, implementing and refining process pertaining to talent onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement - Stay within agreed hiring/onboarding TATs - Publish trackers to respective HODs on daily/weekly/monthly depending on the requirements - Maintain records of sources the recruitments done through Like-consultants or referrals or job portal Desired Candidate Profile What you need to know/have: - Candidates with demonstrable work experience of 3 - 5 years working in a high paced / startup scenario - Should own the responsibilities with a go-getter attitude - Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills - Energetic with impeccable attention to detail What is Autoportal.com : Our mission is to revolutionize Car and Bike buying through the power of technology.
