JD for Business Head

Creative WebMedia Pvt. Ltd. requires a new Business Head to lead and oversee the P&L of online Automotive vertical. He will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing team in different cities of India.

Experience:- 10-15 years (with 3-4 years of internet product experience)

Salary:- Not a Constraint for Right Candidate

Industry:- Automotive - Ecommerce preferred

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

External relationships: Dealers, Advertising agencies, other key business partners etc.

Internal relationships: The Business Development Team, Directors, Senior Management, Account Management Team, SEO team, Marketing, Finance and Administration

Key Responsibility and Accountabilities

- Responsible for defining strategies and handling P&L.

- New business initiatives

- Brand Building Strategies

- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company's vision and strategy

- Support the overall management and corporate decision making to ensure that organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and share holders return.

- Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans.

- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results.

- Marketing, Competitor and market analysis

- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies

- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments

- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management

- Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.

- Developing relevant business proposals

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- Handling meeting with key clients

- Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed

- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of team - by guiding them to move in proper direction

- To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies

- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
