We are a SAIF Partners funded start-up and are rapidly expanding our footprint across India.  Our Ninjas are a team of young, dynamic and experienced graduates from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, NSIT, Thapar, DTU etc) - and we are looking for more Ninjas to join our ranks.  Key Responsibilities :  - Coordinate between clients and Engineering team for quality, on- time delivery of agreed deliverables  - Analyze client data and processes and give recommendations for improved business results  - Drive business results at the clients   - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend changes in our product  - Maintain High Team morale  - Work closely with the Zone AVP to meet the set targets  Qualifications/Skills :  - Auto Sector Experience, preferably a TSM/ASM from the 2/4 wheeler industry  - High Aptitude, ability to understand, assimilate and draw inferences from a large amount of data  - Assertive nature to push your recommendations at the clients.   - Interested to work in a dynamic startup environment.  - Take ownership of work and be able to continuously prioritize work items in a fast paced environment  - Must be flexible in travelling across the region  Education :  - Bachelors from premier institutes across India. Education is not a bar. MBA in operations is a definite plus.  Salary range: 7 - 9 LPA
