Automation Manager - FMCG

We are Having an urgent Requirement for Automation Manager In a leading MNC For it's confectionery division Based out at Mumbai location

No.of Positions - 1

Locations - Mumbai

Exp of 12-15 years in FMCG / food Factory. Candidate needs to be the managerial role for at least 2 years.

Qualification - BE Mechanical in-depth knowledge around automation.

Role & Responsibility

- Candidate Should have worked on Case packing machines, material transfers.

- Hands on knowledge of manufacturing site processes / systems.

- Good interpersonal effectiveness, communication, influencing skills.

- Analytical approach with good skill in problem solving.

Technical/Functional skills:

- Should have good engineering and commissioning experience of preferably Food or Pharma processing plants

- Experience in PLC / SCADA based automated plant

- Experience in MCC / PCC.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identification of areas which can be automated - Agree on areas were automation can be done and with highest impact. Rework for implementation.

- Design, create, and execute the automated test cases - Demonstrate the revised agreed OEE Delivery. End of line automation. Reduce manual handling of Material & case packing.

- Project Management & Productivity Review - Adherence to time lines. Review with the senior management etc.

- Implement the plan with Vendor or In house team - Adherence to time around execution. Risk management and corrective action to be taken.

- Cost Management - Cost to be within budget and accounting hygiene to be maintained. AR Review and Benefits management from AR

- EHS - Drive Behavior Based Leadership & improve the safety standards in each area using automation. Implement company's standards.

- Quality - To ensure compliance of GMPs and FQPs. Green area/ red area segregation.

CTC - Open Ctc No Constrain for Good Candidate. (Depend upon Current CTC)
