Autoflik - Product Manager/Director

We are looking for a Product Director/Manager, who in his/her previous assignment been a Product Manager in Product Technology Company or been an Entrepreneur who built a technology product for his/her start up.

He will have complete ownership of product road map and should be able to work with Engineering, Design and Sales team with equal ease. He should be someone who can understand customer's business problem even with raw articulation/data and should be able to scope that into product specifications. Based on continued market feedback, he should be able to improvise on existing product roadmap on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Premium Engineering/B School Alumnus

6-10 yrs as Product Management or Tech Product Entrepreneurship exp

Deep understanding of nuances of technology product management

Ability to manage entire product life cycle from concept, launch, track market adoption, drive improvisation till identification of newer product opportunity for cross sells

Skill-Set

Highly analytical and Customer focused individual

Understanding of entrepreneurial environment and fast changing product market fit dynamics of a start up

Ability to work with design and engineering team with sharper brief led execution

Past coding experience would be a plus
