Position : Sr. Database Marketing Analyst (Marketo)  Department : Marketing Data Management & Volume Services  Customer Engagement Services  Reports : Sr. Manager, Marketing Data Management & Volume Services  Location : India  Term : Full -Time  Overall Objective :  Provide data and analysis to the EMEA & APAC Marketing teams in support of the development and deployment of marketing campaigns.  Responsibilities :  - Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their direct marketing program objectives, assist with definition of data segments, and coordinate / execute campaigns from a data & list perspective.  - Create complex queries and list pulls for direct marketing campaigns to prospects and customers. Monitor all campaign list requests to ensure that the appropriate audience segmentations, frequency of communication & other considerations are achieved.  - Scrub external data lists and follow processes to properly upload contacts into our marketing database.  - Provide simple to complex data and market analysis to various stakeholders within the organization. Recommend the appropriate type of analysis based on the objectives at hand.  - Represent the team's data requirements in meetings and interactions with various groups.  - Work with internal teams and business partners to maintain integrity, quality and security of marketing data and information systems.  - Ensure that customer data / access policies, as well as Corporation's privacy policy, are abided by.  - Become expert user of internal data tools and systems.  Requirements :  - B.S. or equivalent experience.  - Strong database marketing and analytical skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in database marketing, with experience in developing / defining customer segments, pulling lists, applying direct marketing metrics to results and running data analysis.   - SQL queries, report generation  - Advanced skills using excel and access  - Experience using analytics  - Track record of simplifying complex data and breaking large projects into small manageable pieces.  - Excellent written and oral communications skills. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.  - Experience in presenting technical content to a non-technical audience. Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and effectively tailor communications based on target audience. Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the corporation.  - Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to track / prioritize multiple tasks with very little manager oversight. Ability to continuously provide deliverables on time and accurate. Excellent project management skills.  - Experience with Marketo would be considered an asset.  - Goal oriented, self-motivated and a team player
