Qualifications: - Post-Graduation - MBA in HR
Experience Required: - 3 - 4 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations.
- Planning just-in-time manpower by analysing the business requirement
- End to end Campus Management - hiring, tie-ups, relationship building
- Executing on-campus recruiting and program activities to attract, engage, and hire a talented, passionate, diverse pool of students for key business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to establish and evolve recruiting strategy to most effectively meet hiring needs
- Create Staffing models using historical data and run various simulations.
- Understand capacity calculation and Data Modelling
- Cost Optimization
- Recruitment & Sourcing of relevant profiles for open requisitions.
- Job positing on Naukri, LinkedIn, other job sites.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Source candidates and update the database.f
- Assist with job analysis and revisions to job descriptions.
- Supervise Induction and on-boarding along with entire Exit process.
