Manager - Procurement
Experience Required :
- 4-5 years of experience in Vendor Procurement at least last 2 years in Supervisory Role within Service Industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the India & Overseas vendors for background screening services.
- Work with vendors & key internal stakeholders to ensure goal alignment and effective communication.
- Pro-actively work with operation department, product managers & Sales Managers to rapidly identify major procurement opportunities and deliver a series of quick wins that will enhance serviceability.
- Develop a contract database and protocol for ongoing vendors.
- Develop & roll out training so that greater control is exerted in operations with each vendor.
- Work with business & negotiate contractual arrangements with vendors to ensure that value for money & excellent service levels is maintained.
- Lead vendor negotiations, recommend vendor selection and implement standard procurement process.
- Ensure that contracts are completed on time keeping all the clauses of SLAs agreed with clients in consideration.
Key Skills Required :
- Good in MIS (Excel) and analysis of all data.
- Demonstrated People Management Capabilities.
- Ability to analyze issues, develop & deploy solutions within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to implement and continuously improve the process.
- Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills required.
