Key responsibilities :
- Manage end to end due diligence projects which might support clients- decisions on investing in a business, establishing a strategic alliance or joint venture, acquiring or merging with another business, recruiting new dealers, suppliers, franchisees or distributors, licensing its product or services to another company, appointing senior management, etc.
- Conduct extensive due diligence investigations using public and private databases in accordance with Anti Money laundering (AML), BSA reputational risk screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), assess subject's financials (ratio analysis, market reputation, business background etc.
- Ensure final reports are comprehensive and compliant as per client requirement.
- Responding to RFPs received from potential clients
- Act as an SME for Due Diligence related projects
- Front ending along with Sales team to define scope of assignments
