- Responsible for conducting business research both secondary and primary research for new offerings and enhanced services

- Researching & Analyzing business feasibility in new areas

- Researching legal and administrative requirements for delivery

- Designing questionnaires for primary research

- Continuous research for competitive products/services/vendors

- Working with internal teams for process implementation & support operations

Skills Required :

- Good Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Research

- Good knowledge of regulatory environment in education

- Good knowledge of compliance for businesses

- Good Knowledge of Search Engines

- Good Analytical Skills

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to create documentation & prepare presentations
