Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing
About AuthBridge:

- BFSI Solutions
- 2+ years experience ideally in B2B and B2C Marketing role
- In-depth understanding of Linkedin and Google Ads suite along with GA4 and other tracking & automation tools
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Develop market messaging & positioning and product packaging that differentiates our platform in the marketplace
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand Key product use cases, and communicate to the Content marketing to create Targeted content
- Understand the nuances of each market and strategize market and persona specific content & digital marketing plan to build awareness, interest, and consideration.
- Experience in Account Based Marketing campaigns (less about the technology, but more about the thought process)
Qualification & Functional Skills:
- Post-Graduation (Preferred)
- A gift for storytelling, the ability to craft compelling messaging, and bring teams together to drive to a collective goal.
- Experience creating market positioning materials including sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, customer videos, POVs, and thought leadership
- Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong program management skills. Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company.
- Experience creating a wide array of content: sales collateral, presentations, white papers, videos, blog posts, case studies, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, creating content, and delivering directly, as well as creating presentations for sales and other stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem solving
- A proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable
- Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
