We are India's Leading Background Screening Company- AuthBridge Research Service Pvt. Ltd.

Currently we are looking for Associate Manager/Deputy Manager- Research & Product Development for our own Company with over 4 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in primary/secondary research role.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be contributing to Business Excellence by working on Product/Service research, development and implementation.

1. Responsible for conducting business research both secondary and primary research for new service offerings and enhanced services

2. Identify new opportunity for services by keeping an eye on relevant sources that can be utilized for developing an offering.

3. Researching & Analyzing business feasibility in new areas which can/may meet customer needs.

4. Researching legal and administrative requirements for delivery of new and existing services.

5. Wherever feasible and approved, working from concept to implementation to develop the service offering.

6. Continuous research for competitive products/services/vendors

7. Working with internal teams for process implementation & support operations.

8. Working on improvement project related to existing service offerings and processes.

9. Perform other researches and duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Research

2. Good knowledge of regulatory environment with respect to data sources.

3. Good knowledge of compliances for businesses.

4. Good Knowledge of Search Engines

5. Good Analytical Skills

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills

7. Ability to create documentation & prepare presentations

8. Ability to plan, manage work and complete within agreed timescales

9. Strong leadership skills with ability to guide people.

10. Demonstrated capability to think strategically for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.

11. Capable of multi-tasking and also ability to work independently
