Associate/Deputy Manager - Corporate Finance

Mandatory :

Business Planning and Analysis :

- Strong understanding of Financial MIS, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Preparing the annual operating plan and comparing it with the actual numbers

- Analysis of cost and revenue under various parameters - production, marketing and capital

- Responsible for analyzing historical trends and monitoring changes over time

- Provides productivity analysis and operations performance management

- Rationalize and containing operations cost. Identify key levers of operations and driving progress on them

- Provides cost benefit analysis that results in assisting the management in decision making or taking financial initiatives.

- Developing other revenue related reports like Penetration % and repeat business analysis

- Finalizing departmental goals such that they are in sync with the organizational goals

Other Areas:

- Analysing financial ratios like debtor days and creditor days and tracking the movement day in and day out

- Close traction of gross margins, EBITDA and PBT

- Develop pricing methodologies, grids, and modules

- Working knowledge of GST and other laws

Desirable :

Financial Processes :

- Problem-solving skills. Identifying pain and improvement areas affecting the financial books. Developing suitable solutions around it.

- Streamlining financial processes such that the organization is compliant with the statutes

- Development of revenue related applications

Fund Raising :

- Assists in fund raising activity, due diligence and statutory requirements

- Preparation of board decks, investor results and business review presentations

Other Traits :

- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Team Player and should have the ability to interact at multiple employee levels /departments/ business partners / customers etc.

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel
