AuthBridge - Assistant Vice President - WFS Sales
About AuthBridge:
Authbridge is India's largest Authentication company, delivering cutting edge technology and alternate data analysis for Identity management, Onboarding & Verification and Business Intelligence. We provide solutions across three verticals:
- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.
- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Manage sales team's performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets
- Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry
- Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors' data, their offerings and pricing strategies
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
Must have work Experience:
- Minimum 9-15 years of customer facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience
- Team Handling Experience required
- Has worked in a company that sells products or services (preferred) to HR Departments of businesses
- Has handled clients from Top IT/ITES, E-Commerce, technology & BFSI sector
