Job Description:

ARIPL has a mining vertical with few mines that are getting operational and others in pipeline. To strengthen the vertical, we are recruiting Manager - F&A Mining. Experience in F&A Mining will be preferred.

The Key details of the job requirements are as follows:

Management

- Maintaining an up-to-date data storage system

- Ensuring accounts payable and receivable are on time

- Ensuring payroll is on time

- Supervising bank reconciliations

- Keeping an updated chart of accounts

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

F&A and Reporting:

- Preparing relevant and timely financial reports

- Preparing the company's annual report

- Compliance & Accounting

- Providing information to external auditors

- Providing financial information for tax filing

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Looks after day-to-day accounting of Receipts and Payments

- Statutory compliances like GST, Taxation etc.,

- Finalizing, Timely preparation of Statutory books of Accounts, Financial Statements and Annual Financial Reports on a Consolidated basis and Ensuring compliance of Accounting Standards, Auditing support and finalisation of accounts.

- Timely closure of books as per management timelines, completion of statutory audits like, Annual Audit and Cost Audit; implementing new Indian Accounting Standards as notified by MCA

- Arranging various certificates from Statutory Auditors' or from practicing Chartered Accountants for filing bids

- Preparation of MIS

- Inter departmental coordination for the timely accounting of Purchases and sales

- Overviewing the stores operations, Inventory Mgmt and Vendor Mgmt

- Ensuring the filing of all types of statutory returns etc.

- Expertise and continuous focus to improve upon Automatization of Accounting Standards/Practices

Academic / Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Post Qualification Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking/ investment banking/ consulting/ industry
