Aurobindo Realty - Financial Analyst - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- Structuring projects to make them commercially viable and bankable and raise long term financing for the projects following sound techniques of Financial Structuring including due-diligence, valuations etc., especially in the infrastructure space

- Application of financing and fund management concepts including terms, covenants, structures, options, documentation, negotiations, market trends, etc.

- Project Appraisal including financial analysis, financing strategy, project structuring.

- Fund raising - Application of financing and fund management concepts including terms, covenants, structures, options, documentation, negotiations, market trends, etc.

- Investment Management of various securities and assets

- Should research, prepare analysis and submit reports as requested by management

- Prepare financial models/ CMA/projections data for the projects undertaken including financial analysis, financing strategy, etc.

- PPP project evaluation, documentation and support, draft RFP and Concession Agreements & its compliances in compliance with PPP Guidelines issued by GOI from time to time, to stay updated with latest changes and practices

- Project Appraisal including preparing Financial Model, Information Memorandum, Presentations, documentation

- Assist with Credit Rating, Cash Flow Projections at Group level and assess optimal utilisation of funds and Investment options

- Preparing and updating Budget for all divisions and consolidated level

- Assist with Treasury Management, Finance Data Analytics

- Strategic support to management and preparation of Business Plan at divisions and group level

- Investment and Divestment support

- Structured instruments including NCDs, VC&PE investments, strategic investments, etc.

- Assist in preparation of Strategy and Business Plans, research, prepare analyses and submit reports as requested by management

- Regular interactions with various stakeholders including bankers, investors, others.

Desirable Experience:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in banking/ consulting firms/ industry

- Experience in infrastructure sector will be preferred

- Experience in banking, investment banking, corporate finance industry will be preferred

- Experience in fund raising, infrastructure finance, project finance and capital markets is critical

- Experience in PPP, project development, structuring will be desirable

- Need to be extremely good in financial modeling, preparing reports like Information Memorandum, PPM and preparing presentations and road show materials

- Expert knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point presentations critical

- Good understanding of finance and should have high analytical skills

- Ability to independently interact with clients and manage and deliver on the engagements in high pressure environment

Qualification: MBA from IIM/ ISB/ equivalent or Chartered Accountant
