Role Description:
We are looking to hire a content strategist with the ability to conceptualize and create high-quality content which resonates well with our target audience. This will be a key position on a team responsible for an industry-leading brand, driving interest from executives in our award-winning, enterprise software solutions. The content manager will also be responsible to ensure both internal and external communications have a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, improve and maintain multi-style content assets to achieve business goals, including eBooks, white papers, brochures, product datasheets, infographics, and pitch decks.
- Create and follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Create compelling, well-researched, high-quality content for online publication, in print, media and other channels both internally and externally.
- Understand the competitive differentiation of the product and articulate the same in all assets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams like product, sales and customer marketing to bring out unique stories that generate interest in our products and improve brand recall value.
- Oversee the design factory to conceive fresh and appealing designs for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity.
- Ensure all collaterals are of best quality in terms of language as well as design.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- Experience creating easily understood content from a complex, technical product suite.
- Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
- Must be familiar with latest tools & technology related to content design. Hands-on experience in these tools would be an added plus.
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, sales enablement, product marketing or similar roles, preferably at an established B2B SaaS firm.
- A bachelor's degree in writing, creative writing, English, journalism, mass communication and media studies would be a plus.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter able to take ownership and carry multiple projects to completion.
