Aurigo Software Technologies - Marketing Communications Manager

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS marketing professional to advance our brand identity and oversee internal and external communications with our customers, partners, job seekers, and the media. This individual will be a key player in driving increased awareness and consideration among public sector executives for our enterprise-level solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop compelling thought leadership content as well as design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy.

The role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and convert their ideas into extraordinary written content, product messaging, and customer experiences very quickly.

Key responsibilities:

- Author and execute our annual strategic plan for communications to raise the company's profile among key targets in our core market segments.

- Work with product management, account management, and customers to create thought-provoking content for the public sector in the form of articles, blogs, interviews, and newsletters across diverse public outreach channels.

- Research and create engaging narratives for the company's press releases. Cultivate earned media opportunities, manage the relationship with our PR firm, and oversee the company's press release and media interview processes.

- Manage the company's awards calendar and find, organize, and provide support for speaking opportunities for company leadership throughout the year.

- Develop strategic marketing communications plans to raise awareness around unique company projects and coordinate internal and external resources to execute media activities, promotion, website updates, and social media outreach.

- Craft and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies by identifying the company's unique selling propositions as an employer, creating a compelling narrative, and designing campaigns to enhance the overall employer brand image.

- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders-HR, leadership, and marketing peers-to launch and execute branding campaigns that position Aurigo as a 'destination employer' in the technology space.

- Oversee the organization's online brand across various platforms, including social media channels, company review sites, and other online forums, to ensure a positive and consistent image.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key Tech and Trade associations, including CIAA and ARTBA, among others, to foster partnerships, enhance industry presence, and leverage networking opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of broad communications and messaging impact at an established B2B SaaS firm and demonstrated ability to understand customer needs.

- Passionate writer with outstanding oral and written communication skills and a flair for creating world-class content pieces.

- Experience operating at the C-suite level and executive presence to build bonds and rapport with senior leadership at large public sector organizations.

- Technical track record with the ability to synthesize a complex platform into clear messaging for a broad audience, including prospects, customers, colleagues, media, and industry specialists.

- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously. Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred.

- Experience with the United States public sector market or familiarity with engineering and construction is preferred
