Communications Manager

Role Description:

- Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS marketing professional to advance our brand identity and oversee internal and external communications with our customers, partners, job seekers, and the media. This individual will be a key player in driving increased awareness and consideration among public sector executives for our enterprise-level solutions.

- You will have the opportunity to develop compelling thought leadership content as well as design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy.

- The role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and convert their ideas into extraordinary written content, product messaging, and customer experiences very quickly.

Key responsibilities:

- Author and execute our annual strategic plan for communications to raise the company's profile among key targets in our core market segments.

- Work with product management, account management, and customers to create thought-provoking content for the public sector in the form of articles, blogs, interviews, and newsletters across diverse public outreach channels.

- Research and create engaging narratives for the company's press releases. Cultivate earned media opportunities, manage the relationship with our PR firm, and oversee the company's press release and media interview processes.

- Manage the company's awards calendar and find, organize, and provide support for speaking opportunities for company leadership throughout the year.

- Develop strategic marketing communications plans to raise awareness around unique company projects and coordinate internal and external resources to execute media activities, promotion, website updates, and social media outreach.
