Role will encompass 50% of C&B and analytics & 50% of HR Generalist activities, involving Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement and would be responsible for,
- End to end performance management including assessments, compensation & Benefits (annual & mid-year), computation of variable pay and incentives, etc in accordance with the organization's overall compensation & benefit approach.
- Complete HR analytics including HR dashboard, various reports, HR/admin cost analysis etc.
- Work with business heads to ensure optimal resource deployment through resource mapping and analytics.
- Develop a compensation grid across the company. Work with hiring teams to ensure salary/role fitment during recruitment as well as internal parity/comp decisions during appraisals.
- To design business linked rewards & recognition programs and drive them across organization.
- To drive employee engagement initiatives for the location.
