Aureus Analytics - Product Development Manager

Designation: Product Development Manager - Platform and Product

Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer

Work Location:Mumbai

Educational Qualifications: BE / ME in Computer Science / IT or MCA

Professional Certifications: PMP / PgMP

Technology Certifications in Java

Required Experience:

- 7-12 years of industry experience

- Strong hands on experience in managing development and testing teams for product development and release

- Strong practical knowledge of managing java related technologies

- Experience in designing and managing the Product Development LifeCycle and related processes

- Experience of using Agile and Iterative methods

- Experience of using open technologies and tools like Vaadin, Java Platforms, REST API, Xplanner, TestLink, Mantis, SVN, Ant, Jenkins etc.

- Experience in implementing Big Data and Analytics solutions will be an advantage.

- Exposure to client handling will be an added advantage

- Should have supported various functions like sales, presales, marketing

Role:

- Manage End to End development of Platform & affiliated across multiple releases

- Customer Interaction & Consultation

- Mentoring & training

Responsibilities:

- Define the process for feature listing and release management

- Interaction with product owners and planning release

- Create plans for development, integration and testing of features

- Define the Configuration Management Plan for the product

- Track plans and day-to-day management of ASAP platform development and testing activities

- Create periodic status reports for the CTO and CDS

- Deliver quality releases as per the published plan

Authorities:

- Reschedule Change Requests

- Allot Dev and Test Environments

- Head the Platform Steering committee meeting

- Manage the Platform Development Budget
