AugRay blends virtual reality with the physical world around us; providing brands a solution as unique as their needs and you to experience the imagination. It is a next generation media of engagement and the platform is used by consumers and business. Augray is Headquarters in the United States and have developed and sales offices in the 4 metro cities in India.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Delivery) from advertisement and marketing background who is passionate in transforming into a dynamic leader with a challenging and satisfying work environment who has the capacity and ability to be an all-rounder.

What You- ll Do

- Independently handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with both Sales and Technical teams on an ongoing basis, to ensure project requirement are clearly defined, met and understood.

- Providing team with all information pertaining to objectives, strategies, and other project-related issues in order to give visibility to progress and development of the game

- Work effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues/departments to complete projects within time-frame and budget

- Coordinate the project and determine the best utilization of the resources

- Review the files and drive for the client approval process.

- Communicate directly with clients on timelines, process & deliverable.

- Provide regular update to the clients on the progress of the projects

- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, briefing meetings, project status and deliverable reviews.

- Report directly to CEO

What We- re Looking For :

- Prior experience at gaming/marketing and advertising agency, Production Company, or Entertainment Company; with AR background

- 5-8 years of experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties.

- Strong understanding of product company processes

- Additionally proficient in several of the design programs - Adobe suite of creativity software including 3D, Art, Photoshop, Illustrator.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines

- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

- Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
