Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue.
- Hit sales goals. Provide compelling, meaningful solutions that fit with client and prospect goals and generate results. Develop new revenue through business development.
- Form strategic business and market partnerships. Represent AugRay in a professional manner. Show up to work with a positive mental attitude (PMA).
- Network with influencers and decision makers. Make weekly sales calls, give sales presentations, and follow up using the AugRay Sales Process.
Reports daily to Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call and close sales.
- Experience in Advertising & Marketing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment on several active projects. Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and with a sense of urgency. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Preferred experience selling mobile and online advertising. Proven record of exceeding sales goals. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with a CRM system like Zoho, Matrix, Sales Force.
Experience:
- Proven track record of at least one year of advertising and marketing sales experience in a consultative customer focused business atmosphere.
Education:
- Minimum, under-graduate degree from an accredited University.
