Augray - Business Leader

Specific Responsibilities:

- Develop and hone business concept(s) to target compelling, actionable long-term market opportunities for one of the products of AugRay

- Take part in creating product & business roadmaps, architecture, product specifications, deliver technology product, customer success, roll outs, ensuring growth and success.

- Take part in product, market or other research's, Identify, validate and deliver product to the market in various Geo's.

- Create and implement development, sales & marketing plan with the help of AugRay team.

- Determine business and revenue model and supervise creation of pro forma financial model.

- Manage project / product company-level budgets and capitalization.

- Report on product and project development activities and progress.

- Other tasks such as forming the team, sales & marketing support etc., as this could be a 24X7 involvement

- Assist in Investor & fund raising activities at desired stage

- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity, and fulfillment of commitments.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, And Abilities:

- Excellent academic credentials.

- Operating experience at a high-performing, Successful startup, high-growth business or research organization.

- Leadership ability, evidenced by technology- or business-related leadership role at a start-up company or other fast-growing organization.

- Ability to create and effectively communicate business visions and strategies, written business plans, and presentation materials.

- Technology development experience, either in technical or business capacities.

- Product and program management experience.

- Recruiting, hiring and personnel management experience.

- Budget and profit-and-loss responsibility desirable.

- Proven ability to take on extensive responsibility and excel in a small team environment.

- Strong work ethic and self-starter a must.

- Experience in a technology (software) based product company Excellent Communicator (verbal and written)

- Proven expertise in one or some of these Techie, Finance, Business leader, Sales & Marketing
